Arms flying, feet following
Fist punching, body turning
Just relax like you're meditating.

Tai chi... for a long while, you're elusive
Doubting mind, struggling to be retentive
I'll keep pursuing, you're a precious gift
Someday you'll be mine, will diligently keep.

Poem 7: Spirit energy

You are the primary principle back of all creation
Radiating through all space in the form of vibration
Causing matter to exist as different manifestation
Spirit energy, you're eternal by Law of Conservation.

Throughout nature, we see energy in action
Never destroyed, only in constant transformation
The same spirit force cause attraction or repulsion
Creating matter sensed by our objective perception.

Beauty to behold amidst the light
A wonderful gift, the human sight
Always in awe observing creation
Colors, shapes, distance, delight the vision.

The wonder continues even with closed eyes
The memory create pictures defying size
Though veiled now, the sight's view is unlimited
Infinity and unknown realms it can perceive.

Poem 9: Thought vibrations

Thoughts direct the flow of energy
Emanates from brain, within or externally
When overused, can deplete our vitality
Hence sleep and relaxation are necessary.

Quality of thoughts affect health and happiness
Through meditation, we raise our consciousness
Develop the brain to be keenly sensitive to impressions
Since thoughts are stimulated by outside sensations.

Poem 10: Celestial Sanctum

To attune to this sanctified place, fervently pray
That the Great Masters look upon you with Mercy
Allow to cross the threshold of this sacred sanctuary
Contact the Celestial Sanctum as you purify the body.

Here, we commune with the higher intelligences
And receive inspiration from the Cosmic Masters
With greater determination hone your visualization
For better attunement with the Celestial Sanctum.

Oh! What a glorious occasion!
To witness a wonderfully rare initiation
The heavens and the Masters rejoiceth
For this renewed Guru-disciple honed for ages.

Who would not be humbly grateful?
When present in this sublime union
A love so great, nothing can break
For them to merge, even time and space melt.

Watching from a distant corner
Greatly inspired to persevere
Someday Mercy and Grace will descend
To a forbearing spirit, child-like and warmhearted.

In a long table, we all gather
Eager to listen to the Teacher
For long hours, stay awake
Even with eyes closed, be alert.

There's unlimited supply of beer
Always a night of laughter
Be prepared as things get serious
And it's your turn to be admonished.

Several nights we hardly remember
Unless you're the topic of His gospel
Although deep inside you protest
Comprehendeth it not but it's for the best.

Many times we are on the hot seat
But we keep longing to be at His feet
This Being is more than a Precious Gem
Even from the distance His glitters I glean.

Do you love me?

The Teacher asks "Do you love me?"
At first, don't know what to say
By intellect, replying "Yes!" is easy
Be careful, He knows your mind and body.

Again, the Teacher asks "Do you love me?"
This time the heart cries out "I love Thee!"
Teacher, of your love, how can I be worthy?
Say it not, I know I'm just a nobody.

He said, if you love me, follow my teachings
If you love me, straighten your morality
Remove evil in thoughts, words and actions
Go inside in prayer and deep meditation.

With compassion and conviction, said He
Forget about your gender, education and family
To escape this world of illusion and fantasy
I'll guide you to sense reality, just love me.

The hug

Words don't bruise but why the pain?
Some words so sharp, felt it sliced the skin
Coming from the Teacher, endure the blow
The target is not you but the ego.

After crashing the ego, He will hug you
As the cleansing and purification continue
Those present He hug one after another
Sacrificing, giving His love and power.

The hug of the Teacher is a form of ritual
Strengthens the bond meant to be eternal
With mind, heart and soul, accept the jewel
His hug is a precious gift, a miracle.

This total solar eclipse is highly anticipated
An astronomical event long predicted
Within this period, great changes will happen
Good or bad, still remains to be seen.

People are excited to experience the darkness
At daytime, when the moon covers the sun's face
Some are joyous, others anxious
Still many others are simply curious.

Some said great energies pervade the earth
Highlight may be during this total solar eclipse
There are those who feel lethargic, others hyperactive
Worry not, this will pass like other events we missed.

Poem 11: Alchemy

Alchemy's not only chemistry but a philosophical system
Also includes astrology, theosophy, magic and mysticism
It seeks to penetrate the mysteries of life and creation
And relate microcosm of man to universal macrocosm.

Its first fundamental idea is that all matter are one in origin
By evolutionary processes, different forms kept producing
And matter has a common soul which alone is permanent
While the outer body is transitory and can be transmuted.

Legend say alchemy originated from Egypt known as Khem
Its knowledge from past civilizations was transmitted to Islam
From theory, its four qualities are hot, dry, cold and wet
And its four elements are fire, air, water and earth.

Alchemical theory was based on Doctrine of Two Contraries
Later propounded as sulfur-mercury theory of metals
As the two principles came together in a state of purity
Result is gold and silver, can be transmuted in large quantity.

The grip, the chains... any difference?
Can you feel it? Does it make sense?
Man has freewill, is it not a paradox?
Fettered or not, does it matter to know?

If we are free, why the conditioned response?
Every action predictable, offer no resistance
Whatever is for the taking, majority follow
Restrained or not, does it matter to know?

The point has come to ask why this, why that?
Is this what I need? Is that what I want?
The question get lost in the search for answer
The grip so powerful, you believe you conquered.

Powerful essays, melodious poems
Commanding laws, convincing doctrines
What are those but strings of lovely words?

As you read, they slowly awaken feelings
Evoking love and joy, hope and meaning
Some buried, others cherished for years
Aren't they lovely permutation of words?

Inspired by the heart, their writings last
Preserve the wisdom of forgotten past
Creative minds receiving quiet applause
As they make you stand to fight a cause.

These lovely words will continue to flow
Permeating endless generations that follow
Touching hearts and minds through language
This consciousness perpetuate the human race.

Keep in mind that once his child, always his child
The love that binds, steady till the end of time
He'll praise and educate and admonish you
Many things he'll do for his child to grow.

Most painful is the moment he rebukes you
Endure the suffering, many will come and go
With bended knees, persistently wail in sorrow
Mutually humbled, strike the ego with hard blow.

Bruised, purged, cleansed, and repentant
Slowly gather yourself to hold on to the path
Prodigal sons stray but have nowhere to go
Eons may pass but his father is his home.

Wakes up early, prepare meals for kids
Wife arrange things and school needs
Eat modest breakfast, quickly put on shoe
When everyone's ready, off they go.

Unschooled, decent job is hard to find
Any type of work, he doesn't mind
As ordinary labor, brave the scorching sun
Amidst hunger, wishing the time would run.

Come payday, everybody's happy
Symbol of hope, his meager salary
Survival for a week to keep his family
No sickness or accident they always pray.

Life of an ordinary labor from day to day
Hazardous work for him felt like play
To have continuous source fill his mind
So avoid quarrel and ill will of any kind.

Lust for food

Crisp green veggies invitingly fresh
Colorful fruits so juicy, easy to digest
Nutrient-filled stuff feast the eyes
But something's missing, where's the rice?

Best partner for rice is meat with sauce
Or something salty and a fatty broth
Have few choices of delicious desserts
Blend in sugar-filled drinks or yoghurts.

Life feels good when you have a hearty appetite
Everyone's happy if there's food on the side
Sustain our physical and emotional state
But we forget to take only what's moderate.

Little is enough but why the excesses
After eating, thinks of a bountiful meal next
Appetite and a satisfying meal is good
But how we indulge is called lust for food.

Poem 12: Harmonium

Harmony is the keynote of all the world's beauty
Be it the arts, music, science or the human body
Every system whether simple, micro or complex
Follow a rhythm that harmonize with the universe.

A Cosmic manifestation, man's body is a phase of duality
Work in harmony with nature to keep a perfect body
To have a wonderful temple to manifest mind and soul
Balance the qualities of vital life force that has dual nature.

If there's inharmonium, human faculties don't work at best
Then man experience some kind of pain, fatigue or disease
Human body is a perfect machinery so make it healthy
By following laws of nature and principles of harmony.

The observer and the observed

Have you watched an observer and what is observed?
Now, you are the observer and they, the observed
Have you looked around to find another watching you?
What if all watchers are watched and the line continue?

Observation is not limited to man though
Some animals are keener but may not show
As man observes, he too is being observed
Whoever or whatever, man's life is an experiment.

Is "The Eye" an allegory or has reason for existence?
Is there someone watching anyone from a distance?
Artificial intelligence or other beings, why interested?
To observe these care-free humans as their subject.
